Services Description

Realelitequality provides professional photography services including event photography, portrait sessions, ID photography, and personal branding services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

Booking and Payment

When booking a photography session:

• All bookings are subject to availability
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking
• Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of booking
• Full payment may be required before or on the day of the session
• We accept various payment methods as specified during booking

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions subject to the following:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the session may be eligible for a full refund of the deposit
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may result in forfeiture of the deposit
• Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control

Intellectual Property

All photographs taken by Realelitequality remain the property of the photographer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive usage rights as specified in their service agreement. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of photographs without permission is prohibited.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when booking
• Arriving on time for scheduled sessions
• Obtaining necessary permissions for photography locations
• Informing us of any special requirements or restrictions
• Ensuring all participants have consented to being photographed

Limitation of Liability

Realelitequality shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Realelitequality from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Use.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
